To survive as a Direct Sales Man  you must master the art of cold calling I will show you a method that works and takes very little time and also takes out the  pain.

ok you now should have 6 websites to work, each morning log on to the sites they will give you so much information about there self because they are trying to sell to their customers but this is information you can use,

1 Where the head office is

2 How many branches and where they are

3 Their product range

Start to use a cars index to put all information or even use Microsoft Outlook

You can do this over your coffee in the Morning, all this easy prospecting and you haven’t even left the house,

instead of sitting in traffic and wasting time spend it at home doing research

How easy was that.

when you contact any prospect your knowledge of their Company is very important, by doing you research you can tailor tou sales presentation, which will save them time as well as yourself, no prospect will appreciate having their time wasted.

PRESENTATION

Presenting your product is the most important part of any salesman armoury, at least you would think !.

I know so many salesmen who have done the hard part of making an appointment and then let themself down with a bad or on existant presentation, on of the reasons for this is not knowing why you are there, the presentation starts when the appointment is made, I will give a detailed explanation next.
